AECredentialing.com was founded in 2010 to ease the pain and frustration of licensed A/E professionals affected by the progression of changing licensing requirements, professional organization memberships guidelines and the increasing non universal demands associated with continuing education for architects, engineers and landscape architects. Today a client can expect an innovative, simple and cost effective software solution exclusively designed to securely monitor and manage credentials for architects, engineers and landscape architects.

Lexi Selvig, Founder, President

Lexi Selvig

Lexi Selvig has a respected history of achievement in business development, including over 30 years diversified sales and marketing experience representing products and services to A/E/LA professionals. After receiving an Associate Arts degree from Anoka Ramsey Community College and a mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas, her professional career began as the Assistant to the Principal and Marketing Manager of a large architecture/engineering firm headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. She launched and maintained a multi-state territory of 300 active accounts made up of designers, specifiers and purchasers. Lexi became a certified presenter for AIA and IIDA continuing education, and has conducted product training and continuing education courses for architects, engineers, designers, landscape architects and contractors. She has researched, written and modified construction specifications after achieving Construction Documents Technology certification. Lexi maintains a State of Kansas WBE Certification. Lexi is published with articles appearing in Professional Services Management Journal newsletters, the Association of Licensed Architects quarterly journal "Licensed Architect", The Kansas City Business Journal, Zweig Newsletter and Civil & Structural Engineer magazine and Society for Marketing Professional Services "Marketer QuickLook". She serves as a mentor to international software engineering students attending UMKC.

Clients benefit from Sherry's versatility and insight in building fully custom software solutions from scratch when needed, while leveraging and integrating third-party tools when appropriate. Sherry holds multiple certifications and her technical strengths encompass computer programming, business analysis, and data modeling. Blue Symphony helps clients leverage technology to boost the bottom line, grow the business, and ultimately realize their vision.

Cinthia Bridges
Senior Compliance Consultant

Cinthia BridgeCinthia Bridges is a licensing, credentialing and compliance consultant with over 15 years experience in the A/E world. Her expertise includes license and certification procurement for both individual and corporate entities, tracking and maintaining individual continuing education requirements, and compliance research. In her prior position, Cinthia developed an exclusive tracking system by which she successfully maintained approximately 1000 licenses, certifications and COAs for a multi-state, multi-discipline A/E firm. Cinthia holds a Paralegal Certification from the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith and in her spare time enjoys writing articles covering her many interests and diverse background.

Katie Bean is a freelance writer and editor based in Kansas City. Throughout her career in journalism and marketing, she has worked with all types of companies in a variety of industries. She particularly enjoys highlighting small businesses, from their successes to the challenges they face. As a writer, Katie’s experience runs the gamut from tweets to magazine features, and as an editor, she specializes in putting commas in their place. She earned an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and her bachelor’s in journalism from the University of Kansas.
